We're been asked to find a Quantity Surveyor to join a £100m+ super-prime residential project near Sunningdale (Right from the start as well!) - a one-off project that redefines high-end.
We're talking craftsmanship so precise the snag list will need a magnifying glass.
You'll start with sub-contract procurement, then take full commercial ownership - CVRs, valuations, take-offs, the lot. Basically, you'll be the one making sure this beautiful beast stays on budget (without anyone noticing the magic behind it).
If you're the kind of QS who can spot a missed item in a 200-line schedule from 20 paces - and enjoys a bit of friendly discussion about variations - this is one to have on your CV.
