Fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-award-winning residential housebuilder renowned for delivering high-quality homes and offering clear, long-term career progression within a thriving business.
Do you have a Quantity Surveying experience on residential developments? Are you looking to join a high spec housebuilder where you can progress into a senior role?
This respected residential developer has built a strong reputation across the North West for quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and design excellence. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their success and play a key role in delivering landmark housing developments.
In this role, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle. From initial cost planning and tendering to final accounts and project delivery. You'll manage budgets, procure materials and subcontractors, produce valuation reports, and provide vital commercial support to both site and management teams.
This position is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in new-build residential projects who is eager to take on more responsibility and develop their career with a reputable and progressive business.
The Role:
* Manage residential projects from inception to completion
* Oversee valuations, cost control, and budget management
* Procure subcontractors, materials, and services
* Provide commercial support across project teams
* Ongoing opportunities for professional and technical development
The Person:
* Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Residential / Housebuilding)
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
