A leading player in the UK's utilities and infrastructure space is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the financial direction of major projects while working alongside a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the full commercial lifecycle of utility and infrastructure contracts
Preparing tender documentation, costings, and contract variations
Tracking budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maintain financial accuracy
Identifying risks and resolving commercial challenges across projects
Supporting internal and external stakeholders with robust financial insights
Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure value and delivery
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in utilities, power, or infrastructure
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial frameworks
High level of accuracy and confidence interpreting technical project details
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experience
