Location: Doha, Qatar
Company Details:
A well-established consultancy practice in Qatar is expanding its commercial team and is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors at both intermediate and senior levels. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that offers long-term development and international project exposure.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services across a range of projects.
* Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, BOQs, and contract administration tasks.
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors in a client-facing environment.
* Contribute to project progress reporting, cost control, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
* A BSc in Quantity Surveying is essential (BTech not accepted).
* A minimum of 4 years' post-graduate experience in quantity surveying.
* Ideally, experience working in a PQS consultancy environment.
* MRICS status would be a significant advantage.
* Strong communication and client liaison skills.
* Willingness to relocate to Qatar; open to all nationalities.
Desirable:
* Background in Western projects or working with international consultancy firms.
