QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ SENIOR // BRIDGES // OXFORD // OUTSIDE IR35
We are currently looking for a Consultant Senior QS or QS to join one of our top clients, working on a major scheme to construct a new pedestrian and cycle bridge across the River Thames as part of the wider Oxpens/West End regeneration in Oxford. The role is anticipated to run until March 2027.
The successful candidate will have previous Main Contractor experience, strong knowledge of NEC contracts, and ideally experience working on bridge or highways projects. Knowledge of the Method of Measurement for Highway Works (MMHW) would also be beneficial.
You will need to be a strong communicator, work effectively as part of a team, and be comfortable working on site at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Oxford, with potential future sites across the west of the region.
This is a excellent opportunity to work with a top regional civil engineering contractor! The role comes with Long-Term work and comes with a Top Day Rate (Outside IR35)!
