Key Responsibilities

Manage all commercial aspects of refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

Oversee tendering and procurement processes.
*
Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.
*
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Provide commercial guidance to ensure value for money and compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing refurbishment projects.
*
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction (HNC, degree, or equivalent).
