We are currently seeking a Quotation Administrator to support our clients busy and fast-paced commercial team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
In this key role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and professional pricing proposals, supporting order processing, and coordinating deliveries to ensure a smooth customer journey. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare timely and accurate quotations aligned with customer requirements and company standards
* Work closely with the Field Sales Team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services
* Assist with order processing and delivery scheduling to meet customer expectations
* Ensure data accuracy and updates within CRM and ERP systems
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by providing ongoing support and communication
* Analyse performance data to identify trends and contribute to improvement initiatives
* Liaise effectively with internal teams, including Customer Service, Operations, and Installations, to ensure a seamless service
What You'll Bring:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Previous experience in a sales support, quotation, or administrative role preferred
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using CRM and ERP systems (training provided if necessary)
