Responsibilities:
* Manage production of aseptic pharmaceutical products.
* Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
* Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment.
* Assist in the development and management of quality systems.
* Participate in the management team at a strategic level.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in radiopharmaceuticals
* Managerial or supervisory experience is essential.
* Equipment validation experience is an advantage.
* Applicants should have a strong knowledge of radiopharmacy production but may currently manage another department (e.g. QC, research or engineering).
Skills/Attributes:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
