Our client, a leading international engineering and project management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Rail Engineering Director to join their growing Rail team in Ireland. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the technical direction of major national rail projects.
The Role
As Rail Engineering Director, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary rail projects. You'll lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, oversee technical delivery, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality and innovation.
About You
Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent).
Significant experience delivering large, multi-disciplinary rail projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to guide technical teams and ensure design excellence.
Degree qualified in engineering or a related discipline.
