Job Description

Are you a  MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience supporting MEP railway station building services works?   Have you previously worked on Network Rail contracts?   Contract Rate: Dependant on Experience - Outside IR35 Ltd.   Location: North-West - Offices in both Leeds & Manchester (Expected to travel to site across the TRU works)   Role Details: My client is an M&E subcontractor supporting major works on the Transpennine Route Upgrade, completing station upgrades on the major project.   For this role you will act as the site-based commercial contact for the project, supporting the Commercial Lead of the project with the day to day commercial responsibilities on site, utilizing Network Rail contracts.      Essential: · MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience supporting MEP railway station building services works ·Previously worked on Network Rail Contracts
