Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Religious Education Teacher looking for a new challenge in the new year? A well-regarded secondary school in Amersham is seeking a passionate RE specialist to join their team from January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging RE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
Prepare students for GCSE Religious Studies exams
Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to departmental planning
Create a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, curiosity, and critical thinking
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching RE in UK secondary schools
Be passionate about religious studies, ethics, and student development
Be confident in behaviour management and building strong relationships with students
Be committed to professional growth and collaborative working
