Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area to KS3 and KS4 students.
Support the school's Catholic ethos, contributing to assemblies, pastoral programmes, and religious education activities.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing feedback to support development.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues across the department and wider school to enhance teaching and learning.
Participate in school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and community events.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
Commitment to Catholic values and the pastoral care of students.
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, values-driven school environment.Role Details:
