About the School
The school is a mixed secondary for students aged 11–16. It’s based in Southampton, with good local transport links. The staff team is friendly, and there’s a supportive leadership structure in place.
The RE department is small but well-organised, with a clear curriculum and access to shared resources. Staff are encouraged to bring their own ideas and are given the space to grow in their roles. There's a good mix of experienced teachers and newer staff, and help is always on hand when needed.

A background in Religious Education or a related subject
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (or strong placement experience if you're an ECT)
