Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Female Reablement Worker to join a busy Community Independence Service. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality reablement care to vulnerable individuals in the community, with the aim of promoting independence and preventing unnecessary hospital or residential admissions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred reablement care and support within clients’ homes
*
Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday living activities
*
Work as part of a multi-agency team, maintaining a strong focus on recovery and empowerment
*
Motivate and encourage service users to live fulfilling, independent lives
*
Support early intervention to avoid institutional care placements
Requirements
*
Essential: Experience in reablement, domiciliary, or community-based care
*
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
*
Gender Requirement: Female – due to the needs of specific service users
*
Enhanced DBS: Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the update service
*
Availability: Flexible across a range of shifts (early, long day, and late shifts)
