Job Description
Reach FLT Role
As a Reach FLT Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a high-level Reach Truck within a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves:
*
Working at heights up to 13 metres using a high-reach FLT
*
No camera systems – full confidence and previous experience at height is essential
*
Handling pallets, replenishing stock, and retrieving products from racking at varying levels
*
Loading and unloading goods, moving stock across departments
*
Following strict Health & Safety guidelines at all times
*
Working independently but also coordinating with warehouse teams and supervisors
*
Maintaining equipment checks and reporting any faults immediately
Requirements
*
Valid externally accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR, NPORS, etc.)
*
Proven previous experience operating a Reach FLT in a warehouse or logistics setting
*
Confident working at extreme heights (up to 13m) without camera assistance
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
*
Good understanding of Health & Safety, racking systems, and safe load handling
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high accuracy
Shifts Available
*
Monday to Friday (Afternoons): 14:00 – 22:00
*
Sunday to Thursday (Nights): 22:00 – 06:00
Pay Rates
*
Days: £13.02 per hour
*
Day Overtime: £19.53 per hour
*
Nights: £16.07 per hour
*
Night Overtime: £24.11 per hour
