Job Description
Job Title: FLT Driver (VNA / Reach / Counterbalance)
Location: Warrington
Hours: Rotating Shifts – 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rates: £13.00 per hour (6–2 shift) / £14.00 per hour (2–10 shift)
Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting for experienced and reliable FLT Drivers to join a busy and growing warehouse team. The role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm), Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating VNA and/or Reach trucks (Counterbalance experience is a bonus)
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
* Moving stock and materials within the warehouse
* Supporting with general warehouse duties as required
* Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* Valid VNA and/or Reach Truck licence (Counterbalance preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rates: £13.00 (6–2) / £14.00 (2–10)
