Job Description

TXM Recruit are recruiting for a Reach Stack Driver (Must be RTITB/NPORS certified with Hyster reach stacker experience) on a contract basis.

Job Title: Reach Stack Driver

Location: Grange Mouth Terminal, Scotland

Shifts: Monday to Friday / Mornings 06:00 to 14:30 / Back shift 14:00 to 22:00.

Hours: 8 hour working days with a 15 minute lunch at 9am and 10-15 minutes at 12:00.

Hourly Rate: £18.00PAYE / £24.43 Umbrella

Overtime: Overtime available and paid at flat rate.

Contract duration: 6 months.

Job Duties

  * Operate a reach truck safely to lift and move pallets at height

  * Load and unload goods from wagon

  * Will be offloading wagons and filling wagons for transport.

  * Transport materials across the warehouse

  * Perform stock replenishment and put-away tasks

  * Pick items for orders using the reach truck

  * Conduct daily safety checks on equipment

  * Follow warehouse health & safety procedures

  * Keep accurate records (sometimes using warehouse management systems)

  * Will be joining a team of 4 drivers / PPE Provided by client for the contractors.

Skills & Requirements

  * Valid Reach Truck/Forklift License (RTITB or NPORS certified with Hyster Reach stacker experience in the UK)

  * Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment

  * Good spatial awareness and attention to detail

  * Ability to work at heights

  * Basic numeracy and literacy skills

  * Physical fitness (long shifts, standing, lifting support tasks)

  * Understanding of health & safety regulations
