Job Description
Our client, who is a well-recognised logistic company is currently looking to recruit a number of Reach Truck Drivers to work at their busy site in Newmarket.
Duties:
* Operating a heated reach truck within frozen storage areas
* Stacking and unstacking pallets in mobile racking (working up to 14m/45ft height)
* Logging stock movements and order confirmations using a warehouse management system
* Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations
* Picking and assembling pallets containing multiple product types
* Completing all relevant documentation accurately
* Maintaining health & safety standards and keeping work areas clean and tidy
Hours & Pay:
* Temporary to permanent
* 06:00 - 18:00 - 12 hours per shift
* Full-time, 7 days on 7 days off
* £29,746 Annually
Personal Specification:
* Previous experience in a Reach Truck Driver role is a MUST.
* Must hold a valid, in-date accredited Reach Truck licence.
* Experience within warehousing or industrial environments an advantage.
* MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience beneficial – full training provided.
* Team player with good initiative and a strong work ethic.
