Ideal Recruit is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Reach Truck Drivers to join our client based in Doncaster DN1.
Location: Doncaster DN1
Shift: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Job Description
As a Warehouse Operative / Reach Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading goods.
Moving and storing stock around the warehouse.
Picking and preparing orders for despatch.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Checking stock and reporting any discrepancies.
Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean and organised.
Following all Health & Safety procedures.
Meeting daily production and performance targets.
Working closely with the wider warehouse team.
Carrying out general warehouse duties when required.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the Team Leader.
The successful candidate will be:
Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands.
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Experienced in operating a Reach Truck.
In possession of a valid Reach Truck licence.
Comfortable carrying out general warehouse duties.
Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage their time effectively.
Self-motivated and hardworking.
