Hybrid working - 4 days in 1 from home
Office in East London
£16.73per hour
SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
This is an opportunity to join one of our long standing clients Passive works team on a Fixed Term basis and be part of the team created to inspected Front Entry doors on Annual basis.
The planner will be responsible for allocating work to the team and booking works in with residents from site.
The team is looking for a professional and experienced Work Planner to be part of the new team and to bring new ideas into the Passive Fire team.
You will take care of arranging follow on works to ensure efficient service, Logging data and notes on the computer system to ensure smooth handover and communication. Passing on relevant information to all stakeholders. Prioritising and scheduling emergency jobs so you must have excellent organisational skills. Monitoring of emails and adhering to SLAs escalating any issues to the supervisor or Passive works manager.
