Reactive Repairs Administrator – Harlow
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Are you highly organised, quick on your feet, and ready to keep the wheels turning in a busy repairs team?
We’re are representing a highly reputable Repairs Contractor who are recruiting for a Reactive Repairs Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced department, making sure repairs are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Logging reactive repairs requests and allocating them to the right engineers or contractors.
Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicating with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to keep everyone in the loop.
Updating records and ensuring all admin tasks are accurate and compliant.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in an admin or scheduling role (housing, maintenance, or repairs experience is a bonus).
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy environment.
