Job Description
We are seeking Readers and Scribes based in Salford with proven experience supporting students who require exam access arrangements. This role involves assisting secondary school students during their November mock exams, accurately reading questions aloud and recording answers to ensure fair access to assessments.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience reading and scribing in a secondary school setting.
Be confident following exam protocols and safeguarding guidelines.
Be patient, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly with students.
Hold a valid enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
You'll be joining a supportive school environment that values inclusion and ensures every student can succeed during exams.
