Receptionist Administrator Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a professional and friendly environment? We’re working with a well-regarded law firm with multiple offices across Dorset, now seeking a capable and proactive individual to join their small but busy Weymouth office. This is a key front-of-house and support role that requires someone who is confident working independently, able to manage a varied workload, and who takes pride in offering a warm and professional welcome to clients both in person and over the phone. The Role: As Receptionist/Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Front desk/reception duties: greeting clients, handling calls, managing incoming and outgoing post General administrative support across the office Assisting with file opening/closing, scanning, filing, and document management Supporting fee-earners, predominantly within Residential Property and Private Client departments Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office Requirements: Proven experience in a similar reception/administration role, ideally within a professional services setting Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail A warm and professional manner with clients and colleagues alike Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential The Offer: Salary between £26,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience Supportive working environment within a reputable firm A stable and long-term career opportunity in a trusted and community-focused practice This is an excellent opportunity for someone local to Weymouth who enjoys working in a close-knit team and thrives on being the go-to person in the office.
