Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Supporting administrative tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
