Part-Time Receptionist - Ongoing Temporary Role | Newcastle upon Tyne
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to work with one of our valued clients based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Role Details:
Days: Thursday & Friday each week
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30
Start Date: Wednesday 7th August
Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour - paid weeklyKey Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and handling front desk duties
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing incoming and outgoing post
General admin tasks and maintaining a tidy reception area
Providing support to other departments as requiredIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Confident, polite, and well-presented with strong communication skills
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable using basic IT systems and office equipmentThis is an ongoing temporary role with a steady 2-day work week, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.
