A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. Your Role
As the Reception Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
*
Support children’s communication, personal, and academic development through purposeful provision
*
Create a safe, stimulating environment where all children feel valued and inspired to learn
*
Use observations and assessment to inform planning and ensure progress for every child
*
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to support holistic development
*
Contribute to the wider Early Years strategy and share best practice across the team
What We’re Looking For
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching in Early Years, particularly in Reception
*
Sound knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and early childhood pedagogy
*
A nurturing, reflective, and inclusive teaching style
*
Strong behaviour management and a genuine passion for child development
*
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
