Reception Teacher – Ealing
Full Time | September 2025 Start | MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)
An exceptional two-form entry primary school in Ealing, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a highly supportive, well-resourced, and forward-thinking setting where early years education is truly valued.
The successful candidate will be joining a strong, collaborative EYFS team and will benefit from shared planning, a creative curriculum, and excellent professional development. The Ideal Candidate:
*
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Has experience teaching in Reception or within EYFS (or strong placements for ECTs)

Demonstrates thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework and early assessment
*
Uses a creative, play-based approach to engage and inspire young learners
*
Has strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
*
Is reflective, proactive, and committed to providing the highest standards of teaching and care
Responsibilities:
*
Deliver a rich, engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum in Reception
*
Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and support staff
*
Use formative assessment and observation to track progress and inform planning
*
Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
*
Contribute to the wider life of the school and the ongoing development of the EYFS provision
