Job Description
Are you a calm, creative, and passionate early years teacher with a strong understanding of phonics and child development?
We are delighted to represent a thriving bilingual private school catering to children aged 2–11. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced teacher who thrives in a nurturing, team-oriented environment and enjoys supporting bilingual learners.
Start date: Ideally in the New Year, but there is flexibility to begin sooner for the right candidate!

Requirements of Reception and Year 1 Teacher:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
✅ Experience teaching in EYFS/Reception and delivering systematic phonics
✅ Previous experience in a Key Stage 1 setting
✅ A calm, nurturing personality with excellent teamwork skills
✅ Commitment to creating a stimulating, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons with a strong focus on phonics

Lead Reception lessons in the morning and teach Year 1 in the afternoon
*
Assess and track pupil progress, tailoring teaching to individual needs
*
Foster strong relationships with parents and support each child's development
*
Collaborate with colleagues to support the bilingual and inclusive ethos of the school
*
Contribute positively to the school’s culture, values, and vision
