What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting children in Reception and KS1 with complex learning or behavioural needs
* Working 1:1 and with small groups in the school’s Inclusion Hub
* Assisting with lesson adaptation, sensory activities, and behaviour plans
* Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
* Encouraging student development in emotional regulation and classroom participation
* Recording and communicating pupil progress with staff and families
Ideal Reception & KS1 Teaching Assistant For this Southwark School:

* Strong interest in becoming an Educational or Child Psychologist
* Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach
