Are you an experienced and highly organized administrative professional?
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our client's team in Chippenham.
Working on the reception desk, you will be responsible for all incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant person other suites will include:
Manage general office duties, including sorting mail, answering phones, and greeting visitors
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies
Handle shipping and receiving of goods
Maintain office equipment, and manage inventory of office supplies
Generate memos, emails, and reports as needed What We're Looking For:
Practical administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Exceptional communication skills.
The ability to work independentlyThis is an ongoing temporary position with no current end date.
This is a part-time role working 4 hours per day Monday - Friday either 9.00 am - 1.00 pm OR 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
