ADMINISTRATOR | Full time Near Penrith Want to join a forward thinking company, be the face of the business and manage all incoming enquiries and vistors, along with assisting the budiness with all Administration, then this job could be for you! Full training will be provided! Specification • Hold a full driving licence • Be polite & presentable • Good telephone manner • Computer literate Tasks would include: • Answering & transferring phone calls • Dealing with and signing in clients and customers • Preparing meeting rooms and organising lunches • Sorting post • Office filing • General office support Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week Pay rate: £12.22 - £13.00p/h depending on experience.
