Job Title: Corporate Receptionist Location: Edinburgh Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday,7.30am to 4pm or 9am to 5.30pm Job type: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract   We are recruiting for experienced Part Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.   As the receptionist your duties will include: Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately Assist guest with their luggage Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner Book meeting rooms Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms  If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
