Portuguese Speaking Receptionist – Front of House
NW2, North West London
£25,000 – £30,000
Full-time, Temp to Permanent
ASAP
We’re working with a well-established, fast-paced business in the motor trade industry looking for a Portuguese-speaking Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.
This is a great opportunity to step into a long-term permanent role with a supportive, down-to-earth team. Great attention to detail but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting customers at reception
Answering and transferring phone calls
Responding to customer emails professionally
Processing orders and printing postage labels
Keeping the front desk area tidy and well presented
Supporting with general admin tasks
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese – essential
At least 6 months of front-of-house or receptionist experience
Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly manner
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Good attention to detail and reliability
Benefits:
