Receptionist - Northamptonshire - £14.12 per hour

About the role:
We're looking for a Receptionist to join a prestigious environment in Northamptonshire, supporting a busy management suite that oversees the entire customer journey. This is a highly visible role, where your communication and people skills will shine.

Flexible hours: 10am-6pm Monday-Friday / 10am-5pm on Sundays

Paid training (2-4 days) to get you fully up to speed
Ongoing shifts every Monday to Wednesday after the initial cover period
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
Answering phones and responding to emails politely and efficiently
Assisting with parking queries and local information such as bus timetables
Supporting the management team with day-to-day enquiries
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
What we're looking for:
Well-presented and confident communicator
Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Reliable and available for initial cover: 18th-19th November & 27th November-2nd December
Willingness to work regular Monday-Wednesday shifts ongoing
Friendly, polite, and professional at all times
