About the Role:
We are currently seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join our client's team based in Teesside. The successful candidate will be required to work across multiple sites in Stockton and Billingham, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, staff, and clients
Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and inviting
Undertake general administrative duties including appointment scheduling, handling post, and data entry
Offer support to other departments with routine office tasks as required 
Requirements:
A valid DBS certificate is required for this role. If you do not currently hold one, assistance with the application process will be provided. 
Rate:
· £12.92ph
Working Hours:
· Part time - 25hrs per week
· Temp role until Feb 2026
