Receptionist – GP Practice (Accrington) Pay: £16.15 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: 2 months initially, with a view to becoming permanent
Hours: Full-time and part-time options available

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy GP practice in Accrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous GP experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong customer service skills to join our Reception and Administration Team. You will play a key role in supporting patients, doctors, and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role involves working across our main site and branch surgery.
Main Duties
Answering telephones and managing patient queries in a professional manner
Booking appointments and updating patient records using EMIS
Supporting clinicians and administrative colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Providing excellent customer care and ensuring confidentiality at all timesWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience working in a GP practice
Knowledge of EMIS clinical system
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a teamInterested?
