Receptionist – Serviced Office Environment
Cheltenham – Full Time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
£12.82 per hour – Temporary with potential to go permanent
We are recruiting a professional and welcoming Receptionist to support a serviced office centre in Cheltenham. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external partners, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients
*
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
*
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
*
Support meeting room bookings, preparation, and coordination
*
Assist with incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
*
Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when required
*
Provide general administrative support to the Centre Manager and wider team
*
Ensure building procedures, health & safety, and security processes are followed
What We’re Looking For:

Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience
*
A friendly, polished, and professional manner
*
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
*
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
*
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
