TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST - Xmas Holidays - Inverness
Our client, based in the city centre of Inverness is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to assist over the Xmas week. Experience of working in an office and dealing with customers in a reception environment would be beneficial. This role may suit a student. A handover will be provided. Hours required are:-
Friday 19th December - 9 am - 4.00 pm
Monday 22nd December - 9 am - 5.00 pm
Tuesday 23rd December - 9 am - 5.00 pm
Wednesday 24th December - 9 am - 4.00 pm
Further ad hoc hours are available with this client to cover holidays into 2026.
Duties include:-
Dealing with customers coming in for Appointments.
Answering calls in a professional manner.
Arranging appointments via phone and email on Booking system.
Assist other staff with admin support as required.Due to the short term nature of the role, we are looking for one individual to cover all dates.
