Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and personable School Receptionist to join our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a key front-facing role that supports the smooth running of the school's daily operations.
This role is an immediate start temporary position; you will require a DBS check.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
Greet visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintain student records and update the school's MIS system
Provide administrative support to staff and leadership teams
Assist with attendance tracking and absence reporting
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Support safeguarding procedures and always maintain confidentiality £15.00 PER HOUR
