The successful Receptionist will: -
* Have previous reception/customer service experience
* Good attention to detail
* Be well presented
* Have an exceptional communication manner
* Good IT experience, including MS office
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist: -
* Opening premises in the morning
* Greeting clients
* Taking messages for various teams
* Answering incoming calls for 2 offices
* Archiving closed files
* Retrieving files from storage / requesting from outside storage providers
* Placing stationary orders
* Photocopying large bundles for various teams
* Franking post
* Assisting teams with deletion reports (part of file closing procedure )
