Receptionist – Full Time (Monday–Friday, 9:30–17:00)
Location: Busy Car Showroom
We are looking for an experienced and confident Receptionist to join our fast‑paced showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring every visitor receives excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department
*
Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
*
Managing appointments and maintaining an organised reception area
*
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
*
Providing friendly, professional customer interaction at all times
Requirements
*
Previous experience in administration or reception
*
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
*
Confident, organised, and able to multitask
*
Comfortable working in a busy environment
The work is full time, Monday - Friday 9.30-17.00.
