Location: Nottingham (NG8)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Fully Office-Based

We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing professional services business in Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service. Whether you've gained those skills in hospitality, retail, reception, leisure or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  * Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach.

  * Answering telephone calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently.

  * Providing administrative support across the business.

  * Preparing documents, formatting reports and maintaining accurate records.

  * Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring the office is always presented to a high standard.

  * Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and office supplies.

  * Supporting day-to-day office operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

  * Submitting accounts and tax returns.

  * Chasing client records.

  * Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people.

  * Professional and confident communicating with clients.

  * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  * Positive, proactive and eager to learn.

  * Comfortable using Microsoft Office or quick to pick up new systems.
