Got a knack for multitasking, a friendly voice, and a talent for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an experienced School Receptionist who knows their way around SIMS and ParentPay and can handle a busy front desk with confidence and warmth.
This isn’t just answering phones—it’s being the heartbeat of the school day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming pupils, parents, staff, and visitors with a smile (in-person and over the phone)
Managing attendance and pupil data using SIMS
Handling payments, communications and updates through ParentPay
Supporting with admin tasks, letters, registers and more
Keeping the school’s front office ticking like clockwork
What We’re Looking For:
SIMS and ParentPay experience – a must!
Previous school receptionist or administrative experience
Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
Organised, efficient, and always one step ahead
A calming presence, even when things get a little hectic

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
