Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary – 2 Weeks Holiday Cover)
Location: Rochdale
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist to cover a two-week holiday period for a well-respected organisation based in Rochdale. This is a great opportunity for someone with reception or front-of-house experience to join a busy, friendly team and ensure the smooth running of the front desk.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage visitor sign-in and ensure guests are attended to appropriately
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Receptionist Requirements:
Previous experience in a reception or front-facing customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident multitasker with a professional and calm approach
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Available to start immediately and commit to the full two-week period
