Are you ready to join a dynamic team where no two days are the same? We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join a popular hotel client in Guernsey

Reception Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls
Taking reservations
Providing guest information and addressing inquiries
Offering great customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Advising guests on packages and offers
Handling general administrative tasks
Desired qualifications & skills:
Experience: Previous hotel experience is preferred (Minimum 12 months)
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, whilst French or German would be advantageous
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and a 43-hour week over 6 days
A Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated when working independently
IT skills: Good knowledge of PMS systems is desired, but training will be providedThe right to work in the UK is essential
