About the Role
We’re seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to cover our front-of-house activities for one week only, starting Monday 15th September. Perfect for someone looking for short-term work in a dynamic environment—no long-term commitment required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and callers
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed
Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and deliveries
Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with essentials
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in reception or a customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently and reliably in a temporary capacity
