Temporary Receptionist – Salisbury (SP4)
Competitive Hourly Rate | Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per Week | On-Site
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join a busy site-based team in Salisbury (SP4). This role will be front of house, providing a professional and welcoming service, alongside supporting the Health & Safety team with light administrative duties.
The Role:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
*
Managing reception duties including signing in/out, issuing passes and handling deliveries
*
Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the Health & Safety team
*
Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
Requirements:

Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to pass a security clearance check (SC clearance desirable but not essential)
*
Confident with IT systems and basic office software
