Front of House Receptionist & Office Support - Head Office, Yorkshire Looking for a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? Harron Homes is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Front of House Receptionist & Office Support to be the welcoming face of our Head Office and keep everything running smoothly. Be the first point of contact at our Head Office and Regional reception, managing calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring meeting rooms are set up. Keep reception files, telephone lists, and the office organised. Handle admin tasks like typing, filing, scanning, mail, and stock management. Support IT equipment, fleet management, and general office upkeep. Deal with minor issues such as alarms, lifts, or phone breakdowns. Assist the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks and ensure the reception and meeting areas are always welcoming and professional.
