Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.60
Job Type: Temporary for 3 months with potential to extend
Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 0830am-5:00pm. Full time 35 hours a week.

This is a key front-of-house role in a professional environment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors and staff. The successful candidate will be friendly, reliable, and capable of managing a variety of reception duties with professionalism
General Duties of Receptionist
Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting them appropriately.
Greeting guests and accepting deliveries at the main entrance.
Handling postal duties including delivery to internal departments.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area and meeting rooms.
Preparing tea and coffee for meeting rooms as required.
General Requirements of Receptionist
Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous manner.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
