Job Description

Are you an organised, friendly, and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing professional, proactive, and efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and effective administrative and clerical support • Maintain up-to-date records and assist with office tasks as needed • Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors • Handle incoming calls, directing or assisting with enquiries efficiently • Support the wider office team to ensure smooth operations • Ensure that visitors and members of the community are greeted and welcomed in a warm and professional manner • Deal efficiently, professionally and effectively with all telephone and visitor providing advice, answers and information to the caller where possible What our client is looking for: • Experience working in an office environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Educated to GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications • Excellent and effective administrative skills • Excellent ICT skills and proficient in all MS office applications • Good organisational skills, particularly concerning data handling and the maintenance of records • Ability to work independently using own initiative and manage time effectively • Ability to maintain an orderly working environment but be flexible to cope with interruptions and changing priorities They offer a welcoming and collaborative workplace with fantastic benefits, including: Actual Salary: £24,275 (38 weeks of the year, 36 hours per week 8am-4pm, salary equal to £20,348) • Workplace pension • Generous holiday entitlement • Ongoing training & professional development • HR and wellbeing support • Family-friendly policies If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working as part of a friendly and professional team, we’d love to hear from you!
